AI-generated art is a new and highly disruptive technology. Apps like Midjourney, Dall-E, and Disco Diffusion use machine learning to study existing art and then create their own. Hypothetically this means an AI can now draw anything we can imagine. In practice, guiding the AI to the result we want requires a combination of experimentation, intuition, and patience.
All of the images on this screen are collaborations between the Midjourney AI and I. These are not raw output, but the result of many generations of feeding images back into the AI and tweaking prompts.
